Which countries do you ship to?
We ship Worldwide (we do not currently support this type of address, please do not fill in the fields below: PSC xxx BOX xxx).
How long will delivery take?
Express shipping is delivered in about 5-10 days. (Note:due to the COVID-19, in order to ensure the timeliness of logistics, the express service will be suspend shortly.)
Standard shipping is delivered in about 7-20 working days.
All orders will ship on average 1-3 days after the order has been placed if the products you ordered are in stock,.

We ship from our ethically managed factory in US, DE and Hong Kong, which warehouse to ship depends on whether there is in stock.
Which carriers do you use?
Express shipping orders are delivered by Fedex.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal & Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners, Discover,etc.(When paying by credit card,you need to input your financial info and create a PayPal account)
We do not accept money orders, cash, checks. PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay and it will protect your purchase.
Can bill to and ship to addresses be different?

SIZING
Will this garment fit me?
You will find two sets of measurements on our product pages, both of which will help you select the proper sized garment.
This is a point you need to know when shopping online: each store has different sizing standards. If you usually wear L size, it does not mean that you can directly buy L size without looking at the size chart of the product.
We recommend you to choose by waist and bust size, or you can give us your height and weight and let us advise you.
To determine the right size to order:
Step 1. Match your body measurements to our Size Chart. This will give you a good idea of the size to choose. If you are between sizes, order the larger size.
Step 2. Check the Garment Measurements (on the product page) to make sure the length is right for you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return any item to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt for a store credit or refund.For detailed return policy, please refer to our Return & Return Policy.
Note: All returned items must have their original tags still attached, and be unworn.
How do i make a return and send my return?

How do i make an exchange?
For unsent orders, you can contact customer service for free replace. For orders that have already been sent, please submit an exchange request after receiving the packages.

We'll send you an email as soon as your order has been checked in. We strive to process each return as quickly as possible, most orders take a few business days to process.

How should i wash my garmentgarments?
- Cold wash separately on delicate.
- Dry on extra low heat.
- Iron inside out on low heat.

- We own and operate our own ethical production facility in in US,DE,Hong Kong and India.
- All our artisans and employees are paid a living wage.
- We have a dedicated quality inspection department to ensure standards kept.
