Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

② Some long-distance areas may take a long time & high shipping fee, your parcel will take 10-30 working days to arrive.

Returns
Disclaimer:
If the package has been shipped and cannot be intercepted midway, it will not be possible to refund you.
If the package is successfully delivered to the destination, but the package is lost or destroyed by the carrier due to the buyer's failure to sign for the courier in time, our seller will not be responsible for the consequences.
Return instructions:
①Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as the product you received. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note: the product needs to be unused, the tag and label cannot be damaged, and the clothes cannot be washed.
In order to complete your return, we need your order receipt or proof of purchase.
②For pre-sale items, If the delivery time is more than 30 days,we support the return and exchange service within five working days after receiving the item.（The receipt time is subject to the logistics official）
③For huge orders(quantity more than 8 items),we do not support return requests except for product quality issues.
④In principle, if it is not our product's unqualified product or other reasons, we will not be liable for the loss of your package due to your mistaken purchase or failure to pick up the package in time.
